Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with organizational objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise sales teams to achieve and surpass revenue targets while maintaining high levels of engagement and morale.
• Oversee the management of profit & loss statements related to sales operations, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Implement process improvements to streamline sales workflows, enhance customer experience, and increase operational efficiency.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the company's footprint.
• Manage large-scale projects related to sales initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and technology integrations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, training, and leadership development across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience with a strong track record in leading sales teams or departments.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and executing complex sales strategies.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
• Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance optimization.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
