Automotive Service Porter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients by providing top-notch service and support. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for assisting with vehicle management, maintaining the cleanliness of the service area, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Drive customer vehicles to and from the service area safely and efficiently.
• Assist customers with parking and retrieving their vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when processing payments or deposits.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their needs.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure smooth operations within the service department.
• Perform valet parking duties as required, ensuring vehicles are parked securely.
• Assist in inventory management by keeping track of keys and vehicle locations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a dealership or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures, including cash registers and retail math.
• Experience as a delivery driver is a plus, showcasing reliability and responsibility in vehicle management.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
