Lube & Tire Technician (Entry-Level – Experience Preferred)

CDJR of Santa Barbara is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Lube & Tire Technician to join our growing Service Department. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals with basic automotive experience who are eager to develop their skills and advance into a full-service technician role.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine oil changes and filter replacements
- Rotate, inspect, and maintain tires
- Check and top off all essential vehicle fluids
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist senior technicians to support shop workflow
- Deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior automotive experience preferred (lube technician, tire shop, or technical school training)
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
