Stage 1
PM Apprentice Mechanic
Class 8 Equipment – Semi Tractor/Trailer
Cummins Diesel Engines
One year of related experience or education equivalent will be required.
Hands on training under the direct supervision of the Shop Foreman will be provided.
The training for Stage 1 will included the following:
- Oil drain and refill.
- Remove filters and replace.
- Grease truck and trailer.
- Check fluid levels as required.
- Check tire inflation and tread depth.
- Tire repair and replacement.
- Check lights for proper operation.
- Record all work performed electronically using laptop.
Job Type: Full-time
