What You’ll do:
- Engage with warm leads via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Guide customers through the quoting and ordering process
- Review and revise quotes to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer needs
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
- Prior experience in sales or a call center environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
