Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our brand’s organic online presence. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives—from high-level strategy and social media management to hands-on content creation and reputation monitoring.
The ideal candidate is a storyteller who can translate organizational goals into engaging digital experiences that drive community growth and brand loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Execute organic social strategy. Monitor platform algorithms and trends to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and maintain social media and email content calendar aligned with comprehensive eComm/Marketing content calendar.
- Produce original, high-quality visual and written content (photography, short-form video, and graphics) for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Reputation Management & Engagement: Act as the "voice of the brand" by monitoring mentions, responding to reviews (Google, BBB, etc.), and engaging with followers and community (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube comments, Reddit, Quora, etc) in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Email & Digital Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Data & Analytics: Track and report on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion, and sentiment). Use data-driven insights to refine digital strategies and demonstrate ROI to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
- Other duties as assigned by department manager or executive leadership.
Required Skills/Abilities:
·Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools
·Hands-on experience with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite/Express)
·Familiarity with email marketing platforms
·Basic photography and video editing skills
·Exceptional storytelling and copywriting abilities
·Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of work experience in a marketing role or similar role, preferably in B2B or manufacturing industries.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.
Salary : $53,000 - $75,000
