What You’ll Do:
As a DSP (Respite and CFASS) service provider, you’ll be providing support to families. This includes:
- Helping children/youth be successful at home and in other environments.
- CFASS- Acting as an advocate and offering techniques and tools to families.
- Engaging children and youth in fun, meaningful activities that promote their growth and development.
- Implementing personalized service plans created by our amazing team to help children reach their full potential.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Respite: HS diploma required.
-For CFASS (Caregiver/Family Advocacy Supports Services) Work: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
-You must love working with children and have experience working in the field.
-Driver license and 5 years of driving experience.
- Must have access to a smartphone or tablet with internet capabilities.
