This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Detailer, located in Dover, DE. The Academic Detailer will develop and deliver personalized, evidence-based educational outreach to healthcare providers and stakeholders to address public health challenges. Responsibilities include creating materials, presenting clinical and public health information, collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes, and analyzing data to guide strategies and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Knowledge of public health principles, clinical guidelines, and relevant healthcare topics
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, including the ability to use data to inform strategies and track program outcomes
- Experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Proficiency with technology tools, including presentation software and data analysis platforms
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration within a team
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Education, or a related field preferred; clinical background or healthcare experience is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of the public health landscape in Delaware or similar contexts is a plus
