We are a fast-growing local team looking for reliable, high-standard professionals to join us as W-2 Employees. We provide a structured, supportive environment where quality is valued over speed.

A Typical Day in the Life:

Your day starts at 10:00 AM sharp, right as guests check out. You’ll log into our easy-to-use app to see your assigned properties for the day—all located within minutes of each other in North Idaho.

• 10:00 AM – Arrival & Before Photos: You arrive at your first property and take detailed "before" photos directly in the app to document the condition of the home.
• The Deep Clean: Following our signature checklist, you thoroughly clean the home—checking under cushions, wiping baseboards, and ensuring every surface shines.
• Reporting: While cleaning, you report any damages or low supply levels (like missing towels or toiletries) directly in the app so we can address them quickly.
• The "Hospitality Touch": You stage the home perfectly—fluffing pillows, folding towels to our exact standard, and setting out guest amenities to create a 5-star experience.
• After Photos & Checklist Completion: Once finished, you take "after" photos in the app to show the pristine condition and complete your digital checklist.

What This Job IS NOT:

• A "Side Gig": This is not a job you do "whenever you feel like it." We require commitment to your scheduled shifts and a professional work ethic.
• A "Quick In-and-Out": We do not reward rushing. If you are looking to "speed-clean" and leave early, this is not the team for you. We value thoroughness and deep-cleaning while maintaining working quickly and efficiently
• A Family Outing: For security and quality control, we do not allow friends, significant others, or pets to accompany you to work. This is a solo, professional environment.
• A "Bring Your Own Supplies" Setup: We are not hiring independent cleaning businesses. We provide the equipment and the method; you provide the talent and the execution.

• W-2 Only: We are hiring employees, not vendors or outside cleaning companies.

We are looking for the best of the best to join the CDA Vacation Rentals team. To keep our operations running smoothly, we have a specific hiring process:

• Step 3: Paid Trial. Top candidates will be invited for a paid "on-site" trial shift to see our systems in action.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
