Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour plus gratuities
Anticipated employment period: May 1, 2025 - October 31, 2025, with an opportunity to become year-round.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure proper watercraft function, cleanliness, and organization.- Adhere to all local and federal laws during operation of watercraft.
- Uphold an excellent standard of customer service on and off of CDA National Property.
- Act as responsible representative of CDA National during Member Cruises.
- Follow the Company’s policies and procedures both personally and with other staff.
- Engage the membership and promote the family friendly lifestyle of CDA National.
- Act as a part of the Lakehouse team prior to and after completion of cruises, prepping, stocking and cleaning boats.
- Work in partnership with Servers during Cruises.
- Safely operate various motorized watercraft with and without passengers
- US Coast Guard Master Captain’s License.
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or work equivalent.
- Required to work on-call duty when needed.
- High level of organization, time management, and verbal communication skills.
- Must operate efficiently and calmly in a fast dynamic environment.
