Job Description: Paramedic – Dilkon, AZ - 13 week contract
Position Title: Paramedic
Location: Dilkon, Arizona
Shift: 2x24 schedule (48 hours per week)
Pay Range: $2,200 – $2,302 per week (gross)
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care and patient transport.
- Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate interventions, including medications and advanced life support procedures.
- Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient care reports accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Respond to emergency calls with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion.
- Participate in interfacility transfers (IFT) when required.
Requirements
- Current Paramedic certification in the state of Arizona.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).
- Additional certifications: PALS, PHTLS or ITLS, and NRP.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paramedic, preferably with ambulance-based experience.
- Interfacility transfer (IFT) experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently in high-stress environments.
