We’re hiring someone to learn residential roof repair and service work. No roofing experience required. You’ll ride with experienced techs, get trained on leak calls, and work your way up. This pays like a real job, not a helper rate. What you’ll do - Help on service calls: leak repairs, shingle work, flashing, ventilation, storm damage - Tear-off, cleanup, material staging, and jobsite safety - Learn inspections, basic diagnosing, and how to talk to homeowners - Keep the truck stocked and the site clean What you need - Valid driver’s license and reliable ride - Fine working on roofs, ladders, heat, and cold - Can lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day - On time and coachable - Construction, landscaping, or warehouse work is a plus, not required Pay: $25–$28/hour.
