Area Manager

CD Staffing is excited to partner with Off The Charts (OTC) to find exceptional candidates ready to elevate their careers. Off The Charts is growing, and we're looking for a dynamic Area Manager to oversee multiple dispensary locations while driving operational excellence and team development.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across 2-3 dispensary locations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

Maintain a strong base at one assigned store while providing support and oversight to additional locations.

Support employee relations, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and conflict resolutions.

Guide and mentor store managers and supervisors, ensuring strong leadership at each location.

Monitor customer experience and satisfaction, upholding brand standards and creating a welcoming environment.

Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations, including METRC tracking, security, advertising, and labor laws.

Review sales and financial performance reports, analyzing trends and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Conduct regular audits of operations, cash handling, and inventory management.

Serve as the primary communication link between store leadership and the Regional Manager.

Lead by example, promoting company culture, professionalism, and accountability across locations.

Requirements:

3 years of multi-location retail management experience, preferably in cannabis or regulated industries.

Strong leadership and communications skills with ability to develop and mentor teams.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.

Experience with compliance requirements and regulatory environments.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to travel between locations and maintain strong presence at base store.

Self-motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

SkillsKnowledge:

Deep understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.

Experience with cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements (METRC, state licensing).

Strong analytical skills for reviewing sales data and implementing performance improvements.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse teams and customers.

Excellent problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficiency with retail management systems and reporting tools.

Knowledge of employee development and performance management best practices.
