Overview
We are seeking an Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team. Our company specializes in large-scale apartment and condo new construction projects (50-500 units) and light commercial with mixed-use commercial space.

Responsibilties
- Review plumbing drawings to develop accurate cost estimates for multi-res and light commercial new construction projects.
- Perform material takeoffs
- Prepare detailed bid proposals including labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs, ensuring completeness and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field supervisors to clarify scope, identify value engineering opportunities, and assess constructability.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, site walks, and owner/GC scope reviews as needed.
- Maintain and update estimating databases, labor productivity rates, and pricing sheets to reflect current market conditions.
- Support the transition from estimate to project execution by participating in job handoff meetings and providing detailed breakdowns to the project management team.
- Track bid results and market trends to continuously improve estimating accuracy and win rates.
Qualifications
- 5 years of Plumbing estimating experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, riser diagrams, specifications, and construction documents.
- Proficiency with estimating software
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
