What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping/Receiving Lead position at CD Hardware?
CD Hardware is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Team Member to join our team. This position is essential for efficient operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fulfilling outbound shipments to customers, emphasizing accuracy by referencing packing slips provided by the Customer Service department.
- Receive and process inbound shipments of inventory materials from both domestic and international suppliers, verifying quantities, quality, and condition, and reporting any issues to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Serve as a liaison between the Customer Service team and the logistics team to ensure that all shipments are filled accurately and dispatched on time.
- Input shipment data into various shipping platforms, with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL freight services.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing products, packaging, labeling, and other tasks as needed.
- A minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
