Veteran and Military Connected Student Support Partner - Work Study Opportunity
Perform general office duties to support the Veteran and Military Connected student population at CCV.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate and provide support to V&MCS

Share resources available with V&MCS

Identify V&MCS needs
-
Communicate/Collaborate with external resources(Military One Source, VT NG, Veterans Inc etc)

Help foster a vibrant V&MCS community through virtual and physical events

Other related duties as assigned
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities for this position include:
- Basic knowledge and demonstrated proficiency with time management and study skills.
- Be in good academic standing
- Be willing to support an in-person event per semester, dependent upon location
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Canvas
- Aptitude to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with external organizations in a professional manner
- Comfort supporting students with diverse life experiences
- Willingness to learn about different VA and Military Education benefits, programs and resources
- Good Interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- CCV degree-seeking student, financial aid qualified
Compensation : $16.50 per hour (unless noted otherwise on contract)
