About the Role:-

Ccube is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end marketing function and build a strong brand presence across India and the US. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, hands-on marketer who can drive digital growth, generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and collaborate closely with the CEO's Office, Sales, HR, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

• Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and strengthen Ccube's brand presence across India and the US.
• Establish marketing processes, SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, HR, Operations, and Leadership to drive business growth.

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

• Lead SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, email marketing, website optimization, and social media initiatives.
• Improve website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and inbound lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
• Present actionable marketing insights and performance reports to leadership.

Brand & Communications

• Own Ccube's brand messaging across digital platforms.
• Manage PR initiatives, awards, media relations, speaking opportunities, and corporate communications.
• Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR.

Content & Personal Branding

• Develop and manage a high-impact content calendar including thought leadership, case studies, success stories, videos, and product marketing content.
• Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to produce compelling marketing assets.
• Build and manage executive and leadership branding on LinkedIn.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging content trends to create engaging, high-performing content.

Campaigns & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for services, solutions, and products.
• Improve lead quality while reducing cost per lead through data-driven optimization.
• Work closely with Sales to support pipeline generation and lead nurturing.

Events & Community Marketing

• Organize webinars, client engagement programs, industry events, and internal initiatives.
• Manage event branding, photography, videography, and post-event marketing activities.
• Represent Ccube through industry events that enhance brand visibility.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs including website traffic, engagement, reach, follower growth, MQLs, CPL, and campaign performance.
• Build dashboards and deliver regular performance reports to leadership.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives contribute measurable business value.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in IT Services, Technology, SaaS, or Digital Marketing agencies.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and service-based businesses.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and analytics.
• Experience working with agencies, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
