Experienced Process Server - SANTA FE- SURROUNDING AREAS
We have a position open for a experienced, honest, responsible, and reliable Process Server.
Experience is a Must! Smart phone a Must! This is a process server position. (Experienced applicants only)
Duties include delivering legal documents to individuals and businesses at their homes or place of business. The guidelines of serving these documents are governed by law, therefore, integrity and attention-to-detail are crucial. It is required that process servers attempt service all hours of the week including weekends.
The compensation is $25.00 - $30.00 per successful service. Average number of completed services is dependent on your drive and initiative.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You are responsible for your own expenses, you must provide your own reliable transportation, and you are responsible for reporting your income to the IRS.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance.
