Job Description
Responsible for the sheet metal portion of the jobsite and management of subcontractors. Must be able to: adhere to CCS Mechanical, Inc. company policies; fully knowledgeable in the sheet metal trade; minimum of four years training or equivalent experience; qualified to run a small project; able to comply with overall project schedule; interact with Project Management and other trades; manage a team consisting of multiple men and/or multiple crews; plan daily work activity and develop weekly work plans for the crew; complete daily paperwork accurately and timely; ability to follow direction; read and understand installation drawings and prints; prepare sketches for either field or shop fabrication; meet daily and weekly production goals; identify and recommend material and equipment orders; train subordinates in proper methodology; maintain a clean driving record; handle all HR on site responsibilities; computer literate; and provide manpower, material, and equipment projections at least 2 weeks in advance.

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.
