What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Solution Manager position at CCS Learning Academy (Division of CCS Global Tech)?
Job Description-
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- At least 4 years of Experience into IT or Non IT Training Solutions deliveries for US Market & willing to work in night shift.
- Handling end to end after training cycle like sourcing instructors for execution of projects, dealing with 3rd Party Vendors, coordinating with proposal team, delivery of services.
- Our preference is from Training companies and who can independently handle assigned task.
- Work closely with proposal team during RFPs / Proposal submission.
- Well versed with Training deliveries for Online / Classroom trainings.
- Developing quotation and proposals for clients / Vendors / 3rd Party Vendors / Outsource Companies.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Responsibilities-
- Handling Delivery Functions for Pre-Sales and Post Sales for Government deliveries.
- Work with instructors/vendors and receive all training solutions inputs within defined timelines.
- Working on Government bids for cost effective solutions.
- Source new talents for different training and propose customized solution based on the requirements
- Source qualified personnel to present in-person and online training sessions
- Schedules training sessions, monitors whether the information technology are organized, other equipment required, and manages course enrollment
- Sourcing local instructor resources for United States and Global for Online Batches.
- Overall responsible for execution of Webinars
- Involved with Instructors and partners for getting Accreditation and On-Boarding
