Hiring: Training Lead (Direct Client Role)
📍 Location: Miami Florida (Hybrid) Expected to come in person for meetings and/or workshops
We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of training programs for a large-scale enterprise software implementation. This role is critical in ensuring successful adoption and knowledge transfer across stakeholders .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end training efforts for enterprise software projects.
Design and deliver engaging training programs across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
Develop instructional materials leveraging adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
Partner with IT, business units, and external vendors to align training with project goals.
Manage training timelines, deliverables, and resources in coordination with overall project milestones.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Support and maintain training programs within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, IT, , or related field.
✅ 5 years of experience in training development & delivery for enterprise software implementations.
✅ Proven expertise leading training in large-scale IT projects, ideally in government or judicial sectors.
✅ Strong knowledge of adult learning principles & instructional design methodologies.
✅ Hands-on experience with case management systems or similar judicial/public sector applications.
✅ Skilled in using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
✅ Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
✅ Excellent project management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
✅ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors).
