Job Title: Enterprise Technology Analyst
Location: Sacramento, CA Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert design and configuration support for SAP PM/EAM solutions
- Configure master data (Functional Locations, Equipment, Work Centers, Task Lists, Measurement Points)
- Perform functional, technical, end-to-end, and regression testing, including external integrations
- Create clear documentation and collaborate with project and technical teams
- Manage incidents and enhancement requests using tools like ServiceNow or JIRA
- Lead requirement-gathering and blueprint discussions
- Work with ABAP teams to refine functional specifications and debug custom code
Mandatory Qualifications (MQs):
- 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM/EAM design and configuration
- Strong experience with SAP ECC 6.0 (EHP7 or higher)
- Deep knowledge of PM/EAM master data and configuration
- Strong experience in functional and technical testing, including integration testing
- Experience using ServiceNow or JIRA for defect tracking
- Proven ability to lead requirement review and translate business needs into specifications
- Experience preparing process flow diagrams
- Experience working with ABAP developers on functional specs
- Ability to debug custom code and work independently
Desirable Qualifications (DQs):
- Experience with SAP PM/EAM in an electric utility environment
- SAP S/4HANA experience; SAP ECC EP7 exposure
- Knowledge of Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Maintenance Planning, Asset Management, Lifecycle Processes
- Experience integrating PM/EAM with GIS, OMS, FSM, and other enterprise systems
- Experience with cross-module integrations (HR, FI/CO, MM/WM)
- Understanding of field maintenance processes and industry standards
- Experience as a Functional Analyst on small–medium projects
- Exposure to SAP BI/BW and enterprise reporting tools
- Experience with RFP processes (requirements, evaluation, negotiation)
- Experience with Asset Management and Asset Analytics solutions
