Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise PM- Interim Director of Research Computing to provide strategic leadership, drive organizational transformation, and oversee research technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, change management, service delivery optimization, and managing complex technology initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience in organizational transformation, change management, and IT service delivery optimization.
- 8 years of experience leading large, complex technology projects.
- 8 years of experience in personnel management, team leadership, and performance accountability.
- Strong experience in IT operations, governance, and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred: Research Computing, HPC, Cyberinfrastructure, Higher Education, ITIL, AWS/Azure.
Additional Info: candidates must reside in SC, NC, or GA and be willing to relocate to SC before starting.
