Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related
field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in enterprise IT strategy, system architecture, or cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of DoD/DON IA policies, Clinger-Cohen Act requirements, and
compliance frameworks.
- Experience with cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure, or other Government-approved
vendors).
- Demonstrated expertise in system upgrades, data migration, and network configuration.
- Experience with SAP technical environments and role configuration.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical implementation strategies.
- Knowledge of DoD/DON IA policies, Clinger‑Cohen Act requirements, and compliance
frameworks.
- Active DoD security clearance (or ability to obtain).
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Certifications
- Cybersecurity: CompTIA Security , CISSP, CISM
- Cloud: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator
- Project Management: PMP, Agile Project Management (PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster,
SAFe Agilist)
- IT Service Management: ITIL Foundation or higher
