Compensation & Advancement

Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour

30-Day Performance Review: Employees receive their first performance evaluation after 30 days, with opportunities for wage increases based on performance and skill development.

Growth Potential: Our top fabricators earn up to $30.00 per hour. Advancement is based on reliability, skill progression, and production quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and fabricate sheet metal using tape measures, speed squares, and CNC equipment

• Assemble custom chimney caps with precision and attention to detail

• Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain high quality standards to ensure finished products meet company specifications

Qualifications

• Strong reliability and punctuality

• Ability to read a tape measure (to 1/16") and perform basic shop math

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Metal fabrication or construction experience preferred, but not required

• Commitment to producing quality work
