POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Service Technician
Pay Rate: $25 - $35
Location: Sharonville, OH
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start, 8-hour shifts
Start Date: ASAP
Per Diem: $75 per day

SCOPE OF WORK

• Perform start-up and commissioning for commercial/industrial HVAC and controls systems
• Service and troubleshoot boilers, heaters, and mini-split systems
• Work on energized (live wire) equipment while following strict safety procedures
• Complete service work tasks including diagnostics, functional testing, and documentation
• Support projects requiring travel, typically about a week at a time
• Coordinate with site teams to meet commissioning and service requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• HVAC service and commissioning experience in commercial/industrial environments
• Willing and able to travel up to 4 hours for select projects (up to one week at a time)
• Required credentials: OSHA certification, lift certification, EPA certification
• Background screening required for school projects
• Arc flash training required (training may be provided if not already held)
