We're Hiring: Project Manager – Water Damage Restoration
About Us:
At CCS Cleaning & Restoration, we’re a fast-growing, family-owned restoration company specializing in water damage cleanup, mitigation. Based in Faribault, MN, we’ve built our reputation on hard work, integrity, and excellent customer care. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Project Manager to help lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing water damage restoration projects, coordinating teams and subcontractors, communicating with customers and insurance adjusters, and ensuring every job is completed on time, on budget, and up to CCS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee water mitigation and restoration projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and insurance reps
- Estimate jobs and write scopes using Xactimate
- Schedule and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and equipment
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Conduct site visits and provide updates to all stakeholders
- Ensure all work meets IICRC standards and safety guidelines
- Provide leadership and direction to field crews
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in water damage restoration or construction project management preferred
- Working knowledge of Xactimate or similar estimating software
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on mentality
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- IICRC certifications a plus (WRT/ASD)
