This position is for 1st shift working Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 3:30 PM with required training for certification.

Duties:
- Perform set up for powder coating to ensure safety and quality of work
- Operate and maintain machines used in the production process
- Set up equipment according to specifications and ensure proper functioning
- Monitor operations to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Experience setting up and operation of powder coating equipment
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar software for machine operation
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and ability to perform basic inspections
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with tooling and ability to fabricate parts as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Note: Previous experience as an industrial painter in a manufacturing environment is required.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
