$5,000 BCBA SIGN ON BONUS:
- Eligible to BCBAs who are hired for a *minimum of 25 billable hours
- Bonus pay in 2 installments: $2,500 issued in first pay of billable services and $2,500 issued after 90 days after hire
Rate:
- The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience after BCBA certification as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099)
Openings:
- School based full time hours for BCBA through the 25-26 school year
- 3 Elementary schools (Brooke Elem, Evans Elem, Oaks Elem)
- Supporting both general education and self-contained classrooms elementary aged students
- Hours 8:30am-4pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
- Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
- Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
- Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
- Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
Skills:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
- Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
- BCBA certification
- Working experience after BCBA certification
Credentials:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Active
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
- Professional Liability Insurance
(Clearances current within 12 months)
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN
- TB screening - current within 3 months from date of hire
*Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract (1099) position. No benefits are associated with this role.
