We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced environment.
This role is focused strictly on payroll processing and payroll operations. This is not an HR position. The ideal candidate has hands-on payroll experience and is comfortable working with payroll data, deadlines, and numbers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Review hours, deductions, and payroll data
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy
- Assist with payroll reporting and audits
Requirements
- Experience processing payroll required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with payroll data and numbers daily
Preferred / Plus
- Experience with multi-state payroll preferred
- Experience in high-volume payroll environments preferred
- Experience handling payroll for 500 employees preferred
- Experience with restaurant or tip-based payroll a plus
