Payroll Processor (Multi-Location Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor with at least 8 years of payroll experience, including multi-location payroll processing, to join our team. The Payroll Clerk will manage all activities related to employee compensation, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with ADP WorkforceNow, possess exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation packages using payroll software
• Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees across multiple locations
• Calculate pay according to hours worked, incorporating leaves and overtime
• Process bonuses, commissions, and other incentive payments
• Calculate and process all applicable taxes and deductions
• Initiate timely payments via checks or direct deposits
• Issue statements, invoices, and maintain payroll records
• Update payroll data for pay rate changes, employee status updates, and other adjustments
• Process unemployment and severance payments as needed
• Address and resolve payroll inquiries from employees and management
• Investigate and reconcile payroll discrepancies
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years payroll experience, including multi-location payroll processing (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with ADP WorkforceNow (Required)
• Must be bilingual in English amp; Spanish (Required)
• Proven experience as a payroll clerk or payroll manager
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report generation
• Familiarity with general accounting principles
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, regulations, and policies
• Excellent math, organizational, and time management skills
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required; BSc/BA in Accounting or Business Administration is a plus
