Position Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable crew members to help deliver high-energy, family-friendly laser tag events. If you're great with kids, have a proactive attitude, and enjoy working in dynamic environments, this is a perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload laser tag equipment before and after events
- Set up and break down game stations at customer locations
- Guide and supervise games, offering basic instructions to children
- Ensure a safe and fun experience for all participants
- Monitor equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues during events
- Conduct pre- and post-event inspections of all equipment
- Occasionally assist with minor repairs or warehouse tasks
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear a company-provided uniform
- No use of alcohol, tobacco (including vaping), or recreational drugs during work hours
- Comfortable working with children ages 5 and up
- Basic knowledge of computers and electronic devices
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible
