Key Responsibilities
- Manage all email communications related to assigned job sites, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
- Coordinate scheduling of commissioning engineers to meet project timelines.
- Track and manage parts ordering, delivery status, and allocation to job sites.
- Monitor and support warranty processes, including documentation, claims tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of job status and service activity within Salesforce.
- Serve as a liaison between field teams, customers, and internal departments.
- Identify and escalate risks or delays that may impact job execution.
