Location: Medical Center-Prosper Department: Nutrition Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Pediatric Feeding Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of the formula and human milk preparation team. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient preparation and delivery of specialized infant, pediatric, and adolescent formulas and human milk feedings. The Supervisor manages staffing, operations, training, and quality assurance while fostering multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize pediatric nutrition services. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required. 3 years of experience working in healthcare or food/nutrition related role including at least 1 year of supervisory experience is required. Must be able to use mathematical calculations to compute, scale, and convert recipes for milk and/or formula preparations. OR An Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a nutrition, dietitian, food service, or related healthcare field may be substituted for the required education and experience. Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Must be able to use mathematical calculations to compute, scale, and convert recipes for milk and/or formula preparations. Must have knowledge of and the ability to use weights and measures tools and equipment for milk and/or formula preparation. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Must have and maintain a valid Texas Food Handler’s Card. Possession of, or ability to obtain, and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler’s Certification.
