What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at CCO, LLC?
Maintenance Supervisor:
- Review incoming site inspection reports
- Schedule field reps’ daily schedules
- Maintains accurate list of fire prevention equipment
- Maintain compliance of fire prevention equipment
- Receives incoming maintenance calls and dispatches accordingly
- Reviews incoming maintenance invoices
- Reviews and approved time card of filed reps’
- Performs site inspections
- Ordering equipment and supplies
- Replacing quarterly promotional advertisement materials, keeping up with brand standards
- Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools
- Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds
- The position will require time in the office and time in the field
- Company vehicle will be provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Interpersonal skills to interact with employees in a pleasant manner
- Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and fulfill all duties
- Valid Driver’s license
