PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Office Volunteer supports the day-to-day operations of the CCO office in Pittsburgh, PA, by helping create a welcoming and well-functioning environment for staff and visitors.
DESCRIPTION

Greet and assist visitors; answer the door and direct inquiries appropriately.
Answer and triage incoming phone calls with professionalism and care.
Monitor and respond to front office email inquiries, escalating as needed.
Collect, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support, including office tasks and special projects as assigned.
8-10 hours per week commitment.
