Qualifications:
- 1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred but not required
- Great customer services skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in a residential community (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays etc., and response to emergency calls
- Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.
- Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance - Vendor scheduling and monitoring
- Maintenance of common areas, maintaining Work Order database
- Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
- Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
- Perform minor repairs, touch up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
- Identify and report any safety issues to management, scheduling an annual roof, storm drains, elevator and fire safety inspections.
