Included within this community is the age-qualified sub-association. This association offers an exclusive amenity center and pool exclusively for the 55 community.

What You’ll Accomplish
- Greeting everyone who enters the facility
- Attending to the needs of homeowners and guests
- Sharing community information
- Extending the highest level of service
- Tactfully enforcing rules and regulations
- Performing additional tasks as assigned
- Customer service / hospitality experience
- Professional communication, appearance, and behavior
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
- Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
