- Shape daily living experiences – coordinate supports, activities, and recreation tailored to client needs
- Champion health & wellness – schedule and attend medical appointments, ensuring clients stay healthy and supported
- Lead with purpose – mentor and train staff, foster teamwork, and encourage professional growth
- Drive smooth operations – oversee scheduling, payroll, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance
- Step in when needed – provide direct support to ensure consistency of care and coverage
- Protect and empower – manage client assets responsibly, ensuring safety and transparency
- Education/Experience: Associate degree in Human Services OR at least two years of related experience
- Skills: Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication (both written and verbal)
- Independence: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
