Overview:
Health Focus Functional Medicine is a Family Medicine/Functional Medicine clinic looking for a provider who can quickly establish trust and build strong relationships so our patients can achieve their health goals. Duties & Responsibilities Include:
· Perform history and physical exams on new and established patients.
· Accurately document clinical care of the patient in patient chart according to established guidelines.
· Provide counseling and instruction to patients regarding health-related issues.
· Provide high care, high quality and personable customer service to all who enter or call.
Experience:
· Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: 2 years (Preferred, but not required)
License/ Certification:
· BLS Certification (Preferred)
· NP or PA (Required)
Job Type: Full-time, Monday- Friday
Location: Waco, TX
Salary: Compensation competitive based on experience. Bonus structures available.
