What are the responsibilities and job description for the Park Supervisor position at CCIReal Estate?
We are looking to hire a park supervisor for a small mobile home park in Newport. Supervisor would do repairs on residential mobile homes, quarterly inspections on homes, as well as light office work/running errands. You may set your own hours. On-site housing provided if needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Manage day-to-day operations of park
-Maintenance on park owned homes
- Weekly Inspection of premises and quarterly inspection of units
-Collect rent and make bank deposits
-Keep up with rent delinquencies and file evictions
-Maintain an organized filing system and prepare weekly reports in a timely manner
Experience/Qualifications:
-Basic knowledge of how to copy/scan documents and send emails
-Reliable transportation in order to run park errands and make deposits
-Be self-motivated and able to perform well with minimum supervision
-Able to perform light maintenance
Compensation:
$20/ hour OR salary plus on-site housing if needed.
Applicants must be over 18 and are subject to a background check.
