What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-site supervisor position at CCIReal Estate?
We are looking to hire an on-site supervisor for mobile home parks in Bristol.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Manage day-to-day operations of park
-Daily inspection of premises and quarterly inspection of units
-Collect rent and make bank deposits
-Keep up with rent delinquencies and file evictions
-Accept applications for rentals and show available units
-Maintain an organized filing system and prepare weekly reports in a timely manner
-Conduct bi-monthly video/zoom calls with off-site office
Experience/Qualifications:
-Basic knowledge of how to copy/scan documents and send emails
-Reliable transportation in order to run park errands and make deposits
-Be self-motivated and able to perform well with minimum supervision
Compensation:
$2,000 per month
Applicants must be over 18 and are subject to a background check.
