We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Mobile Home Park Manager for a small park in Benton IL . This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and able to manage day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily park operations
- Collecting rent and enforcing park rules
- Filing and managing evictions when necessary
- Coordinating tenant communications
- Performing basic maintenance and repairs (plumbing, minor electrical, painting, lawn care, etc.)
- Monitoring property condition and reporting larger repair needs
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in property management or mobile home parks preferred
- Knowledge of eviction processes (or willingness to learn)
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license required
- Background check required
Compensation:
- $15.00/hr
