Maintenance Technician – Mobile Home Park (Benton)
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and general upkeep at our mobile home park in Benton.
Job Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintenance of mobile homes
- Painting and drywall repairs
- Carpentry work
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Flooring repairs
- Lawn care, mowing, and weed spraying
- Tree trimming and general grounds maintenance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of construction or maintenance experience
- Experience repairing mobile homes is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Compensation:
- $20/hour or more, depending on experience (DOE)
