- Facility assessments (including SOCs)
- Fire sprinkler corrosion assessment
- Computer fire and egress modeling
- Fire alarm systems
- Hazardous materials analysis
- Mass notification systems
- Accessibility (ADA)
- Low voltage / ICT systems

Role
As a member of the CCI team your responsibilities will include:
- Performing fire protection and life safety tasks related to client consultation and project management on a wide variety of areas.
- Interfacing with other CCI team members, clients and Building/Fire Protection Professionals.
- Participating in business development initiatives to expand and develop CCI's client base.
- Participating in the growth and development of the New York office, and CCI as a whole.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- 10 to 20 years of experience in Fire Protection and Life Safety engineering and consulting.
- A degree in Architectural, Civil, Engineering Management, Fire Protection, or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Be motivated by growth opportunities for themselves and the company.
