What you will be doing?
- Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
- Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
- Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
- Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
- Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
We'd Like To Hear From You If You Have
- At least 3 years of maintenance technician experience
- Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Computer literacy required
- HVAC certificate is helpful but not required
- A valid and current driver’s license is required for this position.
Salary : $17 - $28
