Essential Functions
As a Business Development Manager, you will complete the due diligence necessary to connect with new and current clients to produce leads for projects.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to secure new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and communication to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to address client requirements and deliver promises made during the sales process.
- Showcase construction services, materials, or solutions to potential clients through presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years in business or real estate development. It is essential that the candidate has the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. As well as possessing strong problem solving and decision-making skills combine with the adaptability to change with the market and the client’s needs.
