Roles and Responsibilities
Position provides technical support to employees, assists with equipment setup and maintenance, and acts as a backup liaison with the company’s external IT consulting firm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide technical support for employees (hardware, software, and network issues).
- Assist with installation, setup, and maintenance of computer equipment, printers, and mobile devices.
- Serve as a backup liaison to the external IT consulting firm, escalating issues as needed.
- Support special IT projects as assigned (e.g., system upgrades, equipment rollout).
- Other tasks and activities as required.
Qualifications (minimum requirement)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows-based environments; knowledge of networking fundamentals is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
