Job Summary
CCI Mechanical is seeking a motivated and client-focused Associate Account Manager to join our Service Department. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who will support seasoned Account Managers in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service accounts. The position blends inside sales support with field-based client engagement and offers a clear path for professional growth through mentorship and hands-on experience
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating service delivery.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and service reviews to gain firsthand experience in account management.
- Support the preparation of quotes, contracts, and service agreements.
- Help track and follow up on service opportunities, maintenance contracts, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and assist with reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams including service technicians, dispatch, and operations to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account support (HVAC or technical services preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, field support, and training.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured mentorship program.
