Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction operations from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Work closely with CEO, project managers, field staff, clients, subcontractors, vendors, etc. in order to meet demands of the project
- Schedule Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure timely project completion
- Schedule inspections as necessary to ensure timely project completion
- Determine required resources (manpower, equipment and materials)
- Ensuring crews are operating all tools and equipment in a safe, proper and productive manner
- Maintain daily log of jobsite activities in a clear and accurate manner
- Administer weekly jobsite meetings
- Production of 2 week look ahead
- Review and report issues timely if/when they arise and review potential impact
- Read and understand drawings.
- Executes tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Follows all procedures and protocols
- Must be flexible and a team player with all LMJ employees
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience using construction or project management software preferred
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must
- Must have excellent communications skills, excellent work ethics and moral integrity.
- Self-starter who works well independently
